Với sự tham gia tích cực của các nhà nghiên cứu về lĩnh vực sốt rét, cùng các nhà chính sách nhiều năm đưa ra các tài liệu chính thức hoặc hướng dẫn phổ cập toàn cầu áp dụng rất cụ thể và chuẩn mực từ dịch tễ học, nghiên cứu phát hiện, chẩn đoán, điều trị, phòng bệnh, phòng chống vector sốt rét. Đặc biệt các tài liệu liên quan đến ký sinh trùng sốt rét Plasmodium spp. kháng thuốc và muỗi Anopheles spp. kháng hóa chất hiện dùng trong các chương trình quốc gia cho thấy các tài liệu dưới đây rất hữu ích và luôn luôn cập nhật mới, thậm chí từng tháng, quý và năm trên phạm vi sốt rét toàn cầu dựa trên các chứng cứ y học.
